Come join the UAF Kuskokwim Campus as our Office Manager! We are looking for a hard worker with a friendly face to help us keep our campus running smoothly.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for keeping the campus running smoothly - from mail pickup to monitoring the front desk staff, and from assigning classrooms to maintaining contracts for office equipment. The Office Manager is also KuC’s committee lead for our annual commencement each May, ensuring that graduation is a highlight of the year.

To thrive in this role, you must be very organized, and enjoy working both independently and in teams. Being detail oriented is important, as you will be responsible for a lot of varied tasks over the course of the week. Being able to respond in a timely manner to a diverse group of people and being able to manage short and long term deadlines are imperative.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School graduation and three years progressively responsible office/administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Valid US Drivers License and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving Criteria.

Position Details:

This position is located on the Kuskokwim campus in Bethel Alaska. This is a 10.5 month (23 pay period), non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff (Bethel) Salary Schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
