Warehouse/Property Coordinator Assistant - Temp

We are seeking a detail-oriented temp to support three distinct departments: Central Receiving, Property Office, and Surplus. In this role, you will help maintain accurate records, assist with inventory tracking, and coordinate equipment tagging and disposal processes. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for inquiries while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School graduation and two years office/administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

An unrestricted Alaska driver’s license and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving criteria is required. 

Position Details:

This is a full-time, non-exempt temporary position. New hires will be placed on the UA Temporary Salary Schedule, Grade 76, based on education and experience.
