The University of Alaska Southeast Sitka campus is seeking a Campus Support and Registration Specialist to provide general operational and administrative support for the campus. As the primary liaison for the campus, this role guarantees effective day-to-day communications in a supportive, collaborative, and student-focused environment. The candidate coordinates communications, scheduling, documentation, events, and space logistics in addition to assisting with registration workflows.

To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Excellent customer service and clear communication across various platforms are vital. Proficient in standard office software and able to quickly learn enterprise systems is a must. If you are a detail-oriented professional who brings a positive attitude, works well independently or as part of a team, and enjoys collaborating with a diverse campus community, we are looking for you!

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree and two years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. A valid driver's license and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving Criteria.

Position Details:

This position is located on the Sitka campus of the University of Alaska Southeast. This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
