The UAA Student Ambassador will report to the Assistant Director of Recruitment and the Campus Tour Coordinator. They will work as the primary first tier support to ensure that students have exceptional customer service experiences and showcase the strengths and resources of campus while giving tours to potential students. This position is expected to have broad knowledge of our programs and processes while engaging in meaningful customer interactions. Furthermore, the position is responsible for checking in and assisting students, troubleshooting student issues, and imaging documents.
