The Site Coordinator serves as the regional operational lead and educational specialist for the statewide TRIO Talent Search (TS) grant project administered by the University of Alaska System. Operating within assigned service areas (Anchorage Municipality, Mat-Su Borough, Kenai Peninsula, or UAF Rural/Interior Region), the Site Coordinator oversees regional service delivery to eligible low-income and potential first-generation middle and high school students. This position is responsible for directly supervising target-school Career Coaches, managing a target area participant caseload, building cross-sector community and district partnerships, maintaining grant compliance, and executing structured interventions designed to increase secondary persistence, graduation, rigorous curriculum completion, and post-secondary enrollment. We are looking for a motivated, student-centered professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and a commitment to educational access and equity. Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least four years of experience in TRIO or similar educational support programs, and two years of supervisory experience. A master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will bring experience in academic advising, college and career readiness, federal grant compliance, and building relationships with diverse communities.
