Temporary Reference Librarians also participate in collection development (evaluation and assessment of current collections and potential additions) and development of print and online instruction materials (such as library research guides). Under the supervision of the Information Literacy Librarian, Temporary Reference Librarians play an important role in maintaining full services during hours of operations. Professional training and development opportunities will be provided as needed.
