A successful candidate will have outstanding teaching and communication skills. They will have demonstrated the potential to maintain their academic qualifications through scholarship and professional development, and will actively participate in departmental and university service.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates are required to possess an earned Master of Accountancy or related degree. Candidates should also have practical accounting experience.

CPA preferred.

Position Details:

This position is located on the Troth Yeddha' campus in Fairbanks, starting in the Fall 2027 semester. This is a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty position complete with both a competitive salary and a full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental, and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UNAC Faculty Salary Schedule, UNAC Grade 40, based on education and experience.
