As the main bridge between our UAF Community and Technical College (CTC) and UA Human Resources, the CTC HR Coordinator keeps our college running smoothly. In this role, you’ll partner directly with the CTC Dean, HR Manager, faculty, and staff to handle essential HR operations that keep our team supported and enhance an exceptional workplace experience for our faculty and staff.

• Manage End-to-End HR Processes: Draft engaging job postings, process employee contracts, coordinate timesheet submissions, and track required training completions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of technical human resources experience OR an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Position Details:
This is a full-time, 12-month, term-funded, non-exempt staff position with work performed on-site at the UAF Community and Technical College in Fairbanks. This position comes complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA staff salary schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
