I most recently applied for the Ketchikan Campus Director role and was reminded how welcoming and supportive the hiring process at the University of Alaska truly is. I began my career here as an adjunct instructor in 2007 and, through mentorship and professional development, progressed to full professor and university administration. What has kept me here is the shared mission, seeing the lasting impact our work has on students, communities, and Alaska as a whole.
