Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems, software installation and PC hardware support.


Strong verbal and written communications skills, customer service skills and excellent time management skills. Applicants must be able to maintain professional working relationships with customers and peers. Applicants must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Experience & Education:
Demonstrated coursework in an IT, computer or technology related field is a plus. Preference will be given to applicants who volunteer or have previous work experience in IT support.
Required Experience & Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent and some college or comparable experience preferred.

To be eligible for student employment the applicant must be an enrolled UA student in a minimum of 6 credits with a GPA of 2.0 or higher, or a newly enrolled student.

Salary Information:

This is a Student Assistant 2 position with a starting hourly rate of $14.10.
