Customer Service Coordinator

As a part of Facilities Services Customer Service, you will be the primary point of contact for all campus operations. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, entering work orders, and performing other duties. If you believe that you can excel in this role, we encourage you to apply!

Facilities Services seeks two dynamic individuals interested in a position working in a challenging environment on all aspects related to Customer Service and Work Management. The right person will possess a positive, can-do attitude, and be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work and communicate well with a diverse population.

To excel in this role, you must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Dealing with frequent disruptions, it is crucial to be able to pick up where you left off.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving criteria for expediting purposes.
High School graduation or equivalent.

Position Details:

This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
