In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of HR best practices, Board of Regents Policy & Regulation, labor regulations, and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) to advise leadership, process grievances, and support labor and employee relations matters. You’ll analyze labor issues, support negotiations, conduct thorough investigations, and provide timely, well-researched recommendations on matters such as contract interpretation, arbitration, and performance management.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of HR best practices and Board of Regents Policy & Regulation to support and advise on  employee relations matters. You’ll provide expert guidance and coaching to executive management, deans, directors, HR staff and to employees on a variety of employee relations issues. You’ll also assist in resolving grievances and complaints, conducting thorough investigations, performance management and guidance for departments on a variety of complex issues.
