UAF Community and Technical College is seeking a Student Assistant to significantly contribute to the operational success of the college and enhance the overall student experience. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proficiency in computer systems for data management, and a proactive attitude in dealing with assigned tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Depending on the area supported, may require previous training and experience (e.g., one year). Some college or comparable experience may be necessary.
This part-time position is available to current UA students enrolled in at least 6 credits with a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Previous experience or related coursework is preferred but not mandatory. Successful candidates will contribute to the efficient operation of office functions and enhance the overall student experience
Position Details:
This is a part-time, non-exempt, student position. Starting wage is $15.26/hour.
This position is located within UAF Community and Technical College in Fairbanks, and flexible on-site/hybrid work arrangements may be considered in accordance with UA regulations. This is a temporary pooled position, which means that the recruitment remains open over the entire academic year and applicants are reviewed on an as-needed basis.
