Five years of related work experience and industry certification as appropriate is required.
Salary Information:This is a part-time adjunct faculty position. Salary is based on experience as well as the number of previous semesters teaching experience within the University of Alaska.
Applicants must attach a cover letter, resume, list of up to three professional references, and list of applicable certifications to the PWSC Office of Academic Affairs.
Need for adjunct instructors is determined on a per-semester basis. Successful acceptance into the adjunct pool does not guarantee an offer of a contract, though qualified applicants will be held in the pool for multiple semesters in the chance that a need for instructors in their discipline may arise. This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year.

This is an at-will, union represented adjunct position, and may be cancelled based upon the needs of the university.
