You'll help design and set up our electronic access systems, ensuring we meet all the necessary rules and standards. Your role will involve creating and managing access levels, developing security guidelines, and running system audits. To thrive in this role we are seeking candidates with the following skill sets and abilities:  Managerial / analytical, strong interpersonal, time management, effective communication, customer service. Knowledge of planning, scope, and impact definition and ability to effectively communicate technical information. Prior experience with diverse operating system installations, upgrades, software implementation and maintenance management, and technical writing of user documentation. Thorough knowledge of complex and analytical computer and database programming. Thorough knowledge of various communication and networking protocols, including RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, and IP. Thorough knowledge of wire termination practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and three years progressively responsible experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. A valid driver's license and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving Criteria.

Position Details:

This is a full-time, exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 80, based on education and experience.
