UAF Community and Technical College has an IMMEDIATE opening for a highly motivated, organized and customer care focused individual to be our HR Coordinator.  If you're looking to engage in growth and development, and to collaborate with like-minded individuals to help employees have the best employee experience possible, this position may be for you! In this position be prepared to put your verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to work every day as you provide exceptional customer care to each of the various employee types that make up CTC.

To thrive in this role you must be able to work independently with little supervision, possess strong analytical skills and perform your work with accuracy while paying close attention to both details and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Two years of technical human resources experience OR an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Position Details:

This is a full-time, 11-month, term-funded, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. New hires will be placed on the UA staff salary schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
