Join the Graduate School & Interdisciplinary Studies team and play a key role in supporting graduate students from their initial inquiry to graduation at UAF! We are seeking a motivated graduate student worker to assist with our dynamic office operations. In this role, you will work closely with our dedicated team to navigate students through UAF’s graduate policies, provide front-line customer service, and assist with processing forms.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the graduate student experience, the ability to collaborate in a diverse environment, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality and efficiently manage multiple tasks with patience and empathy is essential. Minimum Qualifications:

Awarded Bachelor's degree and pursuing a graduate degree at UAF.

Position Details:

This is a part-time, graduate student position with a starting hourly rate of $18.50.

This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year.
