Come join the School of Career Education team! This position provides students with an opportunity to learn technical programs and to apply that knowledge to tasks assigned. This position requires a dependable individual who is well organized. Applicants need to have good communication skills and the ability to problem solve.

This position will be monitoring students during diesel class lab sessions, inspecting and approving performance of safety procedures, inventorying, labeling, and organizing equipment and supplies, implementing, performing, and demonstrating safety procedures and protocols, setting up and breaking down diesel class lab sessions, and answering student questions regarding procedures for diesel class exercises. This position will provide general clerical support to Career Education faculty and staff. Training will be provided.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a high School Diploma or equivalent.
During the academic year, student must be taking at least 6 credits and maintain a cumulative 2.0 GPA.

Position Details:

This position is located in the Technical Education Center at 1415 Harbor Way. This is a part-time, Student Assistant 2 position.
