Contract Specialist Fairbanks
The Administrative Specialist position is a critical member of the Facilities Services Design and Construction Team. This position is responsible for assisting departmental staff, contractors, consultants, and UA staff during all project phases. Work at DDC is very fast paced and project managers rely on enough admin support to get projects and other contracts out the door. The interview will include three tests to assess typing and software skills. A background check will be required before final employment offer is made.
Enforcement Supervisor Anchorage
UAA Parking Services is responsible for parking administration on the University of Alaska Anchorage campus. Parking Services endeavors to administer this responsibility in a manner that enhances the operation of the university by providing for the orderly and effective use of limited parking space and promoting vehicular and pedestrian safety. The Parking Services Enforcement Supervisors provide direct supervision for student workers, front desk backup assistance, permit processing, and additional tasks related to signage, event support, permit sales, and other enforcement related needs. This position reports to the Assistant Director for Parking Services and has standard work hours of 11:30 am – 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with evening and weekend work as required for campus events.
