Web Developer - Toolik Field Station
Toolik Field Station (TFS) is seeking a full time web programmer to join our team. This position will be based out of Fairbanks at UAF and will be supervised by the Spatial and Environmental Data Center Manager. This role will continue the development of the TFS website and our web based applications through a dashboard that we call myToolik.
Institutional Reporting Specialist
The Office of Planning, Analysis, and Institutional Research (PAIR) at the University of Alaska Fairbanks is looking for an Institutional Reporting Specialist to join our team. Toolik Field Station Communications and DEI Manager
Toolik Field Station (TFS) is seeking a full-time person to further develop our communications and outreach initiatives, and to also serve as our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) coordinator for the Toolik Field Station. This position will be based out of Fairbanks at UAF. This person will serve as lead for developing and implementing our communications and outreach program to the scientific community and the general public. This person will also lead the development of the TFS Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity program for our staff and visiting scientists, and will serve as the primary liaison between TFS and the UAF Office of Equity and Compliance.This is a term funded, full time, year around position with full UA benefits. Temporary Grant Project Assistant

The Title III SUPPORT grant is looking for a part-time, temporary assistant for May and June 2021. SUPPORT aims to create personalized connections between the Sitka campus and students, while also creating academic curricula that develop critical and cultural perspectives for the 21st century. The employee will act as a consultant and assistant in providing input to the faculty responsible for the development of two courses at UAS Sitka. This position is based at the Sitka campus, but work can be entirely remote (so the employee can reside anywhere within Alaska). The CT1 Electrical Assistant/Relamper is responsible for supporting the successful operations of the general services provided by UAF Facilities Services Department of Electrical Maintenance.The successful candidate’s primary responsibility will be to maintain and service the lighting systems on campus. Our shop is also responsible for several remote campus locations so travel is possible. We are a small, friendly shop and have fun while maintaining the critical electrical systems needed on campus every day.
