The Office of Sustainability is hiring team members for the Nanook Recycling Program.
All positions require the ability to work independently, and all employees may need to help in areas outside of their department on occasion. Drivers license required.
Experience in a similar position and/or a background in sustainability is helpful, but not required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR TRAINING:
Training is provided. Must have valid, current driver license and clean driving record.

This is a Student Assistant C; minimum starting pay is $12.00 per hour.
Applicants must be enrolled as UAF students taking a minimum of 6 credits per semester with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or a newly enrolled student.
This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year and students may apply for the position all year. When the department needs to fill a position, they review the current “pool” and call students for interviews. Students who were not hired for one position still remain in the pool for other positions.
