Position Summary: The UAA Office of Sponsored Programs is looking for a student employee to provide administrative support. The position is 15-20 hours per week.
Duties:
100 The student will provide administrative support including data entry, email management, reception, filing, copying, and shredding. Upon demonstrating capability, other duties with additional responsibility may be assigned. Essential
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to complete basic administrative support functions. Competence with Microsoft Office suite is highly recommended.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
Some office environment experience is helpful but not required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR TRAINING:
To be eligible for student employment, an applicant must have the following requisites: 1) They must be enrolled in the University of Alaska Anchorage with a minimum of six credit hours in the current semester of employment; 2) Have at least a 2.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA)
