About this position:
This is a Part-Time, Temporary, Non-Exempt, and Non-Benefited position, working between 15 and 29 hours per week during business hours Monday through Friday, for approximately 12 months (maybe less, but not more than 18 months). This position is not a remote working one; all job duties must be performed on campus.
Salary is Grade 73 on the Temporary Staff Salary Schedule with the hourly rate between $12.77 - $17.48 DOE.
Knowledge of general office procedures.
Possess organizational skills.
Ability to understand and apply written instruction and apply policies, rules and regulations.
Ability to work effectively in computer-based office programs such as email, web browsers, Word, and Excel.
Excellent customer service and ability to communicate effectively in writing.
Ability to exercise good and consistent judgement in analyzing material to make decisions. Consistently excellent attention to detail.
Type and Length of Experience Required for this Position:
Sufficient office experience and computer skills and experience to perform the duties of the position.
Education and/or Training Required for this position (including licenses):
High school graduation or the equivalent.
