Position Summary: This position will perform temporary service functions at the UAS Sitka Campus and will be a Peer Mentoring position. The pay will start at a minimum of $12.77, DOE.

100 Perform temporary service functions in support of the department. Essential
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Knowledge of service area. Ability to operate computers. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Customer service skills. May require technical knowledge. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
1 year relevant experience. May require a valid AK driver's license.
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR TRAINING:
HS graduation or the equivalent.

Starting hourly wage is Grade 73, Step 1 ($12.77/hour)
Casual: Employee working no more than 14 hours per week, or temporary part or full time for less than 750 hours per year calculated from hire date. No benefits. No break in service required if under 750 hour limit.
