The Institute of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Extension is seeking applicants to perform purchasing, inventory and billing tasks.
This is a pooled position for the
Institute of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Extension and includes temporary positions available for various departments. The departments may or may not be hiring at this time but will be reviewing the applicants in this pool as needed through out the year.
Locations include: Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Wasilla.
Knowledge of professional level office methods and practices. Organization principles. Basic knowledge of computer operations and software applications. Knowledge of purchasing procedures. Ability to arrange travel. Ability to perform inventory. Problem solving/decision making skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
1 year clerical experience, purchasing and billing experience preferred.
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR TRAINING:
HS Graduation or the equivalent.
