Document student/community member visits, keep accurate records, and assist with data collection and reporting.

Term Assistant Professor of Marine Transportation
This is a term funded position covered by a collective bargaining agreement. This position requires the successful candidate to work on the Ketchikan campus. Teach maritime courses. Meet with agencies & industry representatives regularly to determine training needs. Promote UASK maritime programs including presentations to agencies and community groups. Travel to outlying communities to promote UASK maritime programs. Attend industry-specific events and meetings to represent UASK maritime programs
Organize UASK maritime events, and other outreach efforts. Work closely with marketing specialist on recruitment materials for maritime programs. Work with student advisors, registration staff, student accounts, and other university personnel. Meet with potential students to discuss maritime career paths

Statewide Cost Analysis is seeking a Cost Analyst to join our team. The Office of Cost Analysis is responsible for fringe benefit cost rates and the facilities and administrative (F&A) cost rates for the UA system. The department is also charged with federal fiscal compliance in the areas of F&A cost, fringe benefits and other costing areas. The department manages UA’s Functional Use Space Survey. The department develops and maintains select UA cost accounting policies and procedures and the related Cost Accounting Disclosure Statement (DS-2) to ensure compliance with Federal rules and regulations.
