Position Summary:

The Center for Human Development is seeking applications for Research Technicians. Research technicians work on the Center for Human Development research and evaluation team to complete research project objectives.

Duties:

100Complete research project objectives. Assist with general research duties (e.g. data collection, data entry, customer service and general office and research support). Perform technical functions in support of the department.Essential

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Knowledge of technical area of expertise.
  • Computer and software application skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Must be able to work some evenings and weekends.
Preferred Experience & Education:
One year technical experience.

Preferred:
- Experience with confidential data management, data entry and interviewing helpful.
- At least 6 months relative experience and/or academic training in research and/or disabilities.
Required Experience & Education:

Associate's degree in relevant field and one year experience in a field relevant to the research or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Salary Information:

Assignment Information: Temporary, Grade 75, Non-Exempt (hourly), Part-Time, 6-12 hours per week, not eligible for health care

Salary: $16.15 per hour
