Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Candidate must have customer service skills with the ability to multitask and complete projects by their given deadline. Professional telephone skills; the ability to follow instructions; work independently; the ability to maintain confidentiality; and deliver good verbal and written communication skills which include good grammar and spelling. The ability to organize and prioritize fluctuating workloads; have experience in general office procedures, practices and equipment; work independently to follow up and respond to changing priorities is essential with computer-based word processing, spreadsheet applications, and electronic mail software; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Salary Information: This is a part-time position with up to 20 hours a week while school is in session. Additional hours may be available during the summer and winter breaks. Starting salary is $15.26 per hour, or depending on experience.
