Position Summary:

ACEP works with Alaskan communities and industries as leaders establishing the energy systems of the future. Alaska’s remote off-grid systems present unique problems to generation, distribution, and resource integration that have spurred microgrid innovations for decades. Multiple departments within ACEP may be hiring from this pool during the year, and duties assigned will vary depending on the specific department’s needs.

Required Experience & Education:

Education, training, licensing and/or certification is dependent upon the position. All positions require at least a High School diploma or equivalent. Additionally, the candidate must possess the appropriate training and/or education required for the position.

The level of experience is varied and is based on the position.

Salary Information:

This position may be a non-exempt or exempt temporary position. New hires will be placed on the UA Temporary Staff Salary schedule, based on education and experience.

Special Instructions to Applicants:

This position will be physically located at the UAF campus in Fairbanks, Alaska. The successful finalist will be expected to report to duty at the UAF office on the first day of employment.
