|Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Ability to work within a team environment to facilitate departmental support and provide back up as needed.
- Ability to provide support for office coverage which includes, but not limited to, handling incoming telephone calls, greeting and providing assistance to visitors, faculty, staff, and students while meeting work-related deadlines.
- Additional duties may include assisting with data entry & reports, website updates, training materials, newsletter management, and events.
- Experience providing customer service in a professional setting
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Experience working in an office environment or related setting requiring frequent customer interaction and/ or providing basic customer service
- Experience providing basic information to customers through in-person, phone, or email interactions
|Required Education or Training:
Applicant must be enrolled as a UA student taking a minimum of 6 credits per semester with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or a newly enrolled student.
This student staff position is 20 hours/week during the academic year with opportunities for up to 40 hours/week during the summer and starts at $10.34/hour.

This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year.
