The Assistant Resident Director (ARD) is a professional, live-in member of the Eileen Panigeo MacLean House.
This is a temporary part-time position, with flexible hours to allow for coverage of 2 duty nights within the workweek. Applicants must be able to live in the residence hall full-time.
The ARD reports to the Program Manager of Eileen's House and is responsible for assisting in the daily operation/management and supervision of a residence hall(s) with 20 students, and must lead to Resident Assistant student employees. The ARD will delegate and schedule tasks, including cleanliness, maintenance, room assignments, administrative records including data on occupancy, discipline, key control, activity logs, and student information. The ARD will also participate in regular upkeep and inspection of facilities and report regularly to the Program Manager. This position's primary focus is to ensure that the residence hall(s) are safe, secure, clean environments that support student success.
