Position Summary:

This is temporary employee pool for the use of departments under Student Affairs: Admissions, ASUAF (Student Government), Center for Student Rights & Responsibilities, Dining Services, Disability Services, Financial Aid, Nanook Recreation, Registrar, Residence Life, Student Health & Counseling, Military & Veterans' Services, Wood Center/Center for Student Engagement

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Professional, reliable, proactive, efficient, proficient in written communication, proficient in verbal communication, proficient in email and calendars, ability to work within a team, interpersonal skills, ability to problem solve, ability to manage multiple tasks, possess integrity, values compliance, collaborate in a team environment to reach common goals.

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

Related experience preferred in any of the departments under Student Affairs. Detail your experience in your cover letter.

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR TRAINING:

Progressively responsible experience related to the program specialty, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Detail your experience and education in your cover letter.

This labor pool will be used to hire temporary, part-time help and applications will be reviewed on an as-needed basis. Work is expected to average 15 hours per week but will vary depending upon need. Actual hours and schedule are flexible. Starting hourly rate is a Temp Grade 76, Step 1 ($18.18) on the UA Temporary Salary Schedule and is commensurate with experience and the type of work assigned.
