Institutional Research is seeking a Graduate Research Assistant for policy and operational analysis of topics including, but not limited to: postsecondary operations, program evaluation, workforce outcomes, demographic trends, and surveys. Position may be located in Fairbanks, Anchorage or Juneau.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of applied research/evaluation methods and analytical/statistical procedures.
Ability to quickly learn and use computerized tools to organize, analyze and visualize information and communicate findings. Knowledge of standard reporting procedures. Skilled in accurate data collection methods. Ability to successfully perform job duties and meet deadlines independently. Preferred: Familiarity with University of Alaska information systems and operations, higher education and labor market data.

Required Education or Training:
Successful completion of a bachelor's degree and pursuing a UAA, UAF, or UAS graduate degree program for the 2021-22 academic year is required to be eligible for this position
Type of Position:
This is a Graduate Research Assistant position. Compensation includes graduate tuition and fee waiver, health care coverage, and a stipend at a minimum rate of $24.00 per hour. Full-time employment is available during the summer.
