Student ambassadors serve as aspirational peers and as catalysts for engagement with the university. Preference will be given to applicants with in-depth knowledge of: UAF, general knowledge of the admissions process, well-rounded knowledge of the academic, social, and extracurricular opportunities at UAF, involvement in student organizations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR TRAINING:
1) Be enrolled in at least 6 UA credits.
2) have at least a 2.0 GPA.
3) completed at least one semester at UAF already
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS:

This is a Student Assistant C position; minimum starting pay is $12.00 per hour.
Applications will be reviewed monthly on the 18th. This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year and students may apply for the position all year. When the department needs to fill a position, they review the current “pool” and call students for interviews. Students who were not hired for one position still remain in the pool for other positions.
