Summer Bridge is aimed at recent high school graduates who will be attending the University of Alaska (UA) in the fall. During Summer Bridge students take college level math and science courses preparing them for University level math and science at UA, and also work a professional internship with one of ANSEP's partner organizations. Acceleration Academy is targeted at high school freshmen, sophomores and juniors. The Acceleration Academy provides an opportunity for students to accelerate their academic progress so they are more than ready for college. These students will live on campus for 5 weeks while enrolling in college level math, science or engineering courses. Acceleration Academy students will also engage in hands on science and engineering activities and projects. STEM Career Exploration is an opportunity specifically for past Middle School Academy participants. During the STEM sessions students will engage in hands-on STEM projects during a 5-day period. These students will live on campus for the duration of the STEM session. Middle School Academy recruits students who will be entering 6th, 7th or 8th grades in the fall after the academy. Middle School Academy is a two week, academic, residential academy that emphasizes increasing the students' mathematics and science skills while introducing them to college life and stimulating their interest in science and engineering as a potential career path.

The Egan library, University of Alaska Southeast, is seeking a part-time reference librarian to cover evening and weekend desk shifts. Research and reference assistance at Egan Library is provided to all members of the on-site and virtual UAS community in-person and via phone, email, and chat. Under the supervision of the Information Literacy Librarian, temporary reference librarians play an important role, maintaining full services during hours of operations.
