Senior Director of Principal Gifts
The Senior Director of Principal Gifts is a key member of the University of Alaska Foundation’s leadership team and is responsible for the overall management and execution of the Principal Gifts program. The Principal Gifts program at University of Alaska (UA) seeks to facilitate, prioritize, and expand UA’s success in securing transformational gifts by managing activity related to donors who are capable of making the largest gifts and donors who give to multiple universities in the system and therefore, require coordination. This position is in direct support of the University of Alaska’s aspirations to conduct a comprehensive, system-wide philanthropic campaign in the near future. At UA, much of this work currently involves top corporate and foundation donors, with expansion to individual donors being a primary goal in the near term.
