Reference Librarian Juneau
The Egan library, University of Alaska Southeast, is seeking a part-time reference librarian to cover evening and weekend desk shifts. Research and reference assistance at Egan Library is provided to all members of the on-site and virtual UAS community in-person and via phone, email, and chat. Under the supervision of the Information Literacy Librarian, temporary reference librarians play an important role, maintaining full services during hours of operations. Professional training and development opportunities will be provided as needed. We are seeking individuals who have previously demonstrated their ability to handle reference inquires, communicate effectively with library patrons, and work under minimum supervision. Asst/Assoc Professor of Pediatrics Nursing (Anchorage) Anchorage

Teaching assignment will include pediatric nursing in the associate and baccalaureate program in Anchorage. Faculty duties include work to plan implement and evaluate nursing degree curriculum, participate in university and community service activities, satisfy committee appointments, and engage in professional activities. Scholarship is included in the work expectations of doctorally prepared faculty. UAA faculty positions may be represented by a collective bargaining agreement.
