UAF's Community and Technical College is looking for adjunct faculty for non credit program needs. Among other things, these part-time adjuncts may teach, develop courses and curriculum, coordinate programs and/or advise students. Although not always in the classroom, they play a vital role in educating and preparing students for jobs which make Alaska a better place to live, work, learn and recreate.
Assignments can be at various locations (including online) and can meet during the daytime, evenings, and/or weekends. Flexible schedules are available.
The length of these non credit positions may vary.

UAF's Community and Technical College is looking for adjunct faculty for non-credit program needs in support of these educational efforts.
UAF CTC offers 40 associate degrees, certificates, and occupational endorsements at 9 locations throughout Fairbanks and the Tanana Valley of Interior Alaska. UAF CTC is responsive to local and regional vocational and technical training needs, and focuses on workforce development to meet the needs of the region and the state. UAF CTC's programs also provide students with the academic framework to help them achieve their higher education goals, whether it is to complete and associate of arts degree or transfer to a baccalaureate program. Staff and faculty have forged close ties with businesses and local agencies, enhancing instruction and increasing job placements. These part-time adjuncts may advise students, teach non credit offerings, coordinate programs, develop courses and/or teaching materials, and/or curriculum, and other support work. Although not always in the classroom, they play a vital role in UAF CTC's endeavor to educate and prepare students for jobs which make Alaska a better place to live, work, learn and recreate.
