Full-time ten month position with benefits.
This is a full-time ten month position with benefits. Work is performed under general administrative supervision. Work includes a variety of office assignments with specialized complex clerical work and/or a wide variety of clerical services requiring independence, judgment and initiative in determining office/program needs, in prioritizing and organizing work, and in determining the appropriate action to be taken. May coordinate large / specialized projects or events. This is a fully proficient level, requiring knowledge and experience to perform various office assignments.
Work with program faculty to support maritime trades adjunct faculty.
Assist faculty and adjunct instructors to obtain course materials/equipment as needed.
Draft memorandums of agreement, purchase requisitions, vehicle requests, verifications of pay and other forms required for the maritime trades programs.
Work with marketing department to create marketing materials
Work with appropriate campus staff to update UAS Maritime Training Center web site.
Maintain records to ensure USCG, Risk Management and UAS policies and procedures are followed.
Work with campus staff in purchasing, billing, student accounts, student advising, registration and marketing to meet the goals of the maritime trades programs.
