Perform office support tasks including purchasing, travel, scheduling, answering phones, data entry, and drafting documents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of professional level office methods and practices. Organization principles. Basic knowledge of computer operations and software applications. Knowledge of purchasing procedures. Ability to arrange travel. Ability to perform inventory. Problem-solving/decision-making skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
1-year clerical experience.
Required Education and/or Training:
HS Graduation or the equivalent.
