Position Summary:

UAF eCampus enrolls more than 3,000 students, proctors over 2,000 exams, and offers over 300 courses each semester. eCampus is looking for a service driven generalist who can work with all aspects of our operation (exam proctoring, student service, instructional design). And someone who can work independently or as part of a team in the university's online education arena. If you are looking for a fun and fast paced job that is not only service driven, but also gets you experience with technical applications and proprietary software, eCampus wants you.

Duties:

10Assist in pre-term course checks for content, exams, etc.Essential

eCampus is a service-support unit that partners with academic schools, colleges and campuses to offer asynchronous online courses and degrees for UAF. eCampus serves students in 250 Alaska communities, all 50 states and in 29 countries around the world. Additionally, eCampus supports faculty with online course design, media production and faculty development.  

UAF eCampus is seeking an organized, self-motivated, and reliable student worker to support eCampus’ Student Services and the Instructional Design Team. This fast-paced position will split time between working with the eCampus exam center and assisting with Blackboard support. The successful candidate will be able to work with confidential information, work well with complex systems and small details, and offer excellent customer service to the UAF community.

Applicant should be enrolled as a student in a minimum of 6 credits with a minimum GPA of 2.0, or a newly enrolled student.
