The College of Natural Science & Mathematics is seeking to hire a part-time paper grader for the Spring 2019 semester.
Grade homework papers for (assigned) Physics 102 103, 104, 115, 175, 211, 212 and 213. Assist in grading quizzes as needed. The grader is expected to keep a hand written gradebook, an Excel spreadsheet and also post scores to Blackboard. Student is expected to go through each problem and note mistakes in the solution. (Solution sets are provided by the faculty.) Students are expected to complete grading in a timely manner (usually 5 days) and to post the grades to Blackboard and/or to the instructor in that time frame. The College of Natural Science & Mathematics is seeking to hire a part-time paper grader for the Spring 2019 academic semester. These positions may become available throughout the semester and will be hired from this posting; therefore if you are interested in working with this department we encourage you to submit your application for consideration. As a reminder, student jobs are posted on a semester and/or as needed basis. Review of application may begin immediately after the job has been posted and will close once quota is met. Minimum of two semesters of physics and math. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and to post grades correctly.
