The School of Allied Health is seeking applications for a Dental Assistant in Dental Assisting Clinic.
Temporary Pool: Dental Assistant in Dental Assisting Clinic
Experienced and Certified Dental Assistant positions are on a semester-by-semester contract basis. Successful acceptance into the pool does not guarantee an offer of a contract nor does having worked one semester guarantee that a position will be available the following semester; hiring decisions are made on a semester-by-semester basis, according to the needs of that semester's schedule. The successful incumbent will assist with the training of Dental Assistant students. Must have the necessary skills to perform the work of a CDA and the ability to work under the Dental Assisting Faculty guidelines.
Required Experience: Minimum of one year clinical experience required.
Typical Education or Training: Experience as a Dental Assistant required. Certified Dental Assistant preferred. Current CPR certificate.
Salary: $25.00/hour minimum
