This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain professional administrative services experience. The student hired will provide general clerical support to Career Education faculty & staff.
100 Scan, organize, collate, file, and assist staff in the maintenance of personnel records. Provide general administrative support like scanning, photocopying, filing, and front desk coverage. Distribute mail to staff members and help organize HR Office events. Essential

This is an entry-level position. Some Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint experience preferable. Training will be provided.
This is a full-time, Student Assistant B ($9.84-$10.00/hourly) position during the Fall and Spring Semesters 2018-2019. The incumbent maybe provided the opportunity to stay on-board, part time during the Summer. All applicants must be enrolled in at least six credits for the fall semester and have a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
