Draft grant applications with director and coordinators, assist in grant writing and coordinate final submittal with CRCD Fiscal Office.

Act as signature authority for all documents and expenditures on behalf of Campus Director in his/her absence
Assist director in day to day administrative operations.
Assist in the planning and implementation of programs in the Interior/Aleutians and Dillingham region.
Oversee the IT personnel and needs for the BBC Campus.
Supervise and direct the BBC Fiscal staff to include personnel and human resource duties
Supervise and direct the BBC Student Services staff
Work with CRCD Fiscal Office to prepare and develop annual continuation budget and grant proposal budgets.
Review monthly budgets prepared by CRCD Fiscal Office and advise Director of budget projections, issues and adjustments to ensure efficient use of operating budget
Assist Director with staff evaluations
Facilitate internal communication with BBC staff and faculty, (monthly meetings.)
Keep communication between departments open and assist to resolve interdepartmental miscommunication or conflicts when necessary
Ensure all federal and state law UAF board policy and procedure, collective bargaining agreements and employee handbook are adhered to
Draft agreements and MOAs and finalize with campus director to ensure documents move through appropriate channels
Participate in campus and university meetings and related conferences as necessaryEssential
Under the supervision of the Campus Director this position will ensure that administrative campus-wide needs are met; plan, direct, supervise and evaluate BBC administrative functions to include fiscal office and related personnel and human resource duties, and grant administration. This position will support staff and faculty with leadership and direction to meet the campus strategic plan, mission and goals.
Under the supervision of the Campus Director this position will develop and implement Bristol Bay Campus rules, regulations, processes, policies and procedures, ensuring necessary administrative action and directives are carried out.
This position will oversee the fiscal office, assist with or develop the annual budget, and advise the director on annual budget projections, adjustments, or concerns. This position will oversee the personnel and human resource functions of the Bristol Bay Campus advising the director of any issues and assisting with the adherence of CBAs, policy and procedures.
This position will work with the director to supervise and oversee grant programs and coordinators and assist in writing grant proposals and reports. This position will assist the director with staff evaluations.
