UAA Academic Innovations and eLearning is looking for a student worker for office support. Student Assist C, starting wage $10.50 per hour.
Academic Innovations and eLearning is looking for three student workers for the next academic year. Duties require excellent communication skills: written, interpersonal, and verbal. Efficient organization: ability to complete tasks within deadlines, able to multi-task and prioritize work efforts. Strong customer service skills: knowledgeable in phone etiquette, able to handle difficult customers. Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and to quickly evaluate information and situations to respond appropriately. Ability to keep work schedule (punctual), knowledge of general office procedures, capable of multi-tasking and able to prioritize work efforts. Strong computer and software knowledge, strong digital literacy skills (includes: Google, MS Office, browsers, Blackboard, etc.), and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Work may include reception duties, web editing, marketing, building Storyline modules, video recording, video editing, or photography. depending on student's ability, skill, and experience levels.
Must be able to support work hours between 8-5, Monday-Friday.

NOTICE: Students must maintain enrollment and regular attendance for a minimum of at least 6 undergraduate credit hours or 6 graduate credit hours to be exempt from FICA (Social Security and Medicare) tax.
