15 Travel - Coordinate and process in and out of state travel requests to include air and ground transportation, hotels, rentals, registration fees, etc. for staff. Track TA''s, process receipts, and calculate expenditures. Reconcile accounts to ensure travel expenses are encumbered on appropriate accounts. Essential
60 Personnel/Human Resources - Primary PPA for Northwest Campus. Assist with and process recruitments. Responsible for all new hire paperwork and staff contracts. Does orientation of staff, remote printing of reports, maintain personnel files and archive, work with supervisors on orientation of new employees, recruitment, advertisement, annual evaluations,disciplinary problems, leave usage, PD updates, and maintains pool positions. Responsible for preparing all office job forms for personnel actions & maintenance. Plan and initiate hiring needs with appropriate approvals. Staff delegate on screening committees. It is a 37.5 hours/week, 10.5-month position with full benefits, including tuition waivers.

Some college coursework and one-year office/administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience; Or three years progressively responsible office/administrative experience.
