The ISER Clerical pool is the Institute of Social and Economic Research's recruitment pool for clerical support tasks required as needed on a temporary basis.
Position: ISER Temporary Clerical Pool (part-time)
Knowledge of professional level office methods, practices, and organization principles. Knowledge of basic phone skills and etiquette. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases and the Banner system.
Skilled in providing excellent customer service.
Ability to use scheduling programs. Ability to coordinate travel including transportation and lodging arrangements. Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment. Ability to establish and maintain files and record keeping systems. Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to follow directions given by supervisors or co-workers.
1 year clerical experience.
Typical Education or Training:
HS Graduation or the equivalent; some college preferred.
Salary: $16.99/hour (non-exempt)
