The Institute of Arctic Biology is seeking Kitchen Assistant (Bull Cook) for the 2018 Summer Field Season at the Toolik Field Station, a remote field camp located at 284.5 Dalton Highway, Alaska. This is a seasonal position that works a rotating schedule. This position will assist the Lead Cook in the preparation of food services for 10-100 person facility.
100 Assist the Lead Cook in the preparation of food services for 10-100 person facility through restocking self-service and food storage areas, dish washing, unloading food shipments, and organizing and cleaning/sanitizing food service preparation/service areas and equipment. Assist cooks with salad bar and food preparation. Other duties as assigned.
