The College of Business & Public Policy (CBPP) at the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Business Administration/Negotiation and Management position at the Assistant, Associate or Professor level. We are seeking someone who wants to contribute ideas and insights to expanding and developing innovative programs. The ideal candidate will have a primary emphasis in negotiation with organizational behavior, leadership, or organizational development as a secondary area.

The CBPP is accredited by AACSB International. BBA degrees are offered in accounting, economics, finance, logistics, management, management information systems, and marketing. MBA, MPA, and MS degrees are offered as well. The College occupies modern facilities located on the UAA’s main campus in Anchorage. The College houses several research and economic development centers focusing on international business, small business, and regional economic policy and development. The college also houses an experimental economics lab that has been quite useful for negotiation research.
