Assumes President's responsibilities in her/his absence; supports and supervises committees with emphasis on the Program Committee; coordinates leadership training opportunities for the Association.
Assumes President's responsibilities in her/his absence.
Works closely with committees, providing input on leadership issues, policies and procedures.
Requires regular attendance at committee meetings.
Provide direct support to the Program Committee.
Work with Executive Board and advisor to coordinate leadership training for officers and members.
Attend Executive Board and General Membership Meetings, presenting reports.
Become knowledgeable of University/College and Association policies and procedures.
Encourages participation on all level of the Association.
May require driving. Student employee under 18 years of age may not drive in relation to the job.
NOTICE: Students must maintain enrollment and regular attendance for a minimum of at least 6 undergraduate credit hours or 6 graduate credit hours to be exempt from FICA (Social Security and Medicare) tax. A credit hour load below the minimum required for full-time student status will require
the withholding of FICA tax (non-resident aliens on an appropriate visa who meet student employment criteria will continue to be exempt from FICA regardless of credit hour load). While in a student position, a student cannot hold any other type of simultaneous employment with the university.
