This position will assist UAF School of Management Virtual Reality Lab researchers in facilitating a new virtual reality research fitness laboratory at the UAF Tok Center. The goal of this project is to conduct pilot research relating to the health impact virtual reality gaming can have on rural Alaskan community fitness
This position will assist UAF School of Management Virtual Reality Lab researchers in facilitating a new virtual reality research fitness laboratory at the UAF Tok Center. The goal of this project is to conduct pilot research relating to the health impact virtual reality gaming can have on rural Alaskan community fitness.
5-10 hours a week during academic semesters. Hours vary, but a team member will be responsible for facilitating the building and lab after business hours. Each student researcher will be a part of a team with respect to scheduling lab hours. Please indicate your preferred work days/times. Availability to work occasional evenings from
5-9pm and Saturdays between 10am - 4pm is seen favorably. There are additional opportunities for employment during academic breaks.
